Pro plan clients have access to after-hours emergency support. All other plans allow you to log issues at any time, with response and resolution on the next business day.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We offer both month-to-month and annual agreements. Annual plans come with preferential pricing and additional On-Site visits built in.

Do you cover areas outside Bangkok?

On-Site support is primarily available in Bangkok and the surrounding metropolitan area. Remote Support is available nationwide. If you’re based outside Bangkok, get in touch and we’ll work something out.
